A Personal Hero's Birthday

Had he lived Jimi Hendrix would 65 today. Not only did he change the way guitar was played, but his words and music still amaze and inspire me in my creative efforts in ways I probably still don't fully understand. All I know for sure is that is my world is a much richer place for my having...experienced... what he brought to this plane of existence in his all too brief time here.

Everybody has a song which more or less sums up how they approach life. A kind of theme song, if you will. Listen to "If 6 Was 9" and you may gain some insight into how I see the world and my place in it.
